How to Not Feed Disease

  • Community Center within the Park Ridge Library 51 Park Avenue Park Ridge, NJ, 07656 United States (map)

“Diabetes and heart disease have hit all-time highs in New Jersey. What if I told you, you could make simple dietary changes that would have positive effects on your overall health and wellness, would you make those changes?

With every bite you make a choice - feed disease or feed health. This one choice is made every day, and can dramatically alter your physical and mental health. In this short presentation I will explore the dangers of many common food products and give easy to follow tips to make positive changes.”
